Does the price include set up and delivery?Prices on our page include set up and take down. Delivery fees may apply depending service location.

Do you deliver to other cities?Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote on delivery fee.

How long are the rentals?ALL of our rentals are all day rentals. You keep it over night and we pick up the following morning!

When do you set up?We set up the morning of your reservation. We aim to have all the rentals delivered by 12:45PM. If you need your rental delivered by a certain time please feel free to contact us at 956-478-8482.

We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?No. The jump should be clean when you get it. VENEGAS PARTY RENTALS cleans and disinfects every Monday.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Do you service public Parks?Unfortunately at the moment we do not service any public settings or parks. If you reserved and your set up location is a park please reach out to us for a refund. We will not set up in a public setting.

What payments do you take?We accept Cash and Cashapp.

What if it rains?We do not offer any refunds or credits if the inflatbale has already been installed. We do confirm your rental one day before which gives you enough time to make a decision based on weather if you want to continue with your party or cancel at no cost, therefore we do not offer any sort of refund.

Do you require a deposit?No, we only ask for address, two phone numbers, and the date to be able to reserve. Once booked you will get a confirmation message that we ahve you booked and one day before your rental daye you will also get a message confirming your rental.

What surfaces do you set up on?We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids) concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. WE DO NOT SET UP ON DIRT. NO INSTALAMOS EN TIERRA

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
